Crisis management exercises

Your playbook,under real pressure.

Fully immersive crisis exercises, tailored to your organization, your risks, and your people. Realistic enough that leaders forget it is an exercise.

Exercise 1:30

The broadcast is fake. The decisions are real.

Every broadcast, post, and voicemail in our exercises is produced for the scenario. None of it is real news, and every company and person in it is invented.

What participants experience

Exercises your leaders remember, and ask to run again.

When a room feels the pressure, people stop treating preparedness as a compliance task. Your program stops chasing attendance and starts getting requests.

Immersive by design

News broadcasts, social media feeds, voicemails, emails, and press articles, produced for your scenario and released on the clock. The room reacts to what it sees and hears, not to a line of text.

Fully bespoke

Nothing comes off the shelf. We start with a scoping call, review your plans, and build the storyline around your sites, suppliers, regulators, and customers.

Built by a practitioner

Designed by someone who has run crisis response inside global companies and briefed executives from the incident command room. Pressure points come from real events, not a textbook.

Designed, not generated

We use AI responsibly, to produce realistic broadcasts, voices, and social feeds. It enhances the experience, it does not design it. Every storyline, pressure point, and debrief question comes from twenty years of running crisis programs.

What you receive

Who builds your exercise

Twenty years inside the room, not beside it.

Crisis Point is led by Maria Stone. She spent more than twenty years building and running crisis management, business continuity, and risk intelligence programs inside global companies, including building a cyber resilience program from nothing. She has briefed executives during live incidents and written the plans those executives had to use.

Your exercise is designed by the person who has done the job, not handed to a junior team. The storyline, the pressure points, and the debrief questions come from incidents she worked, which is why rooms respond to them.
